Another nice feature was that there were no waterfalls or jets dousing you with water so we could relax. The lazy river was the primary reason we selected this resort as it purported to be the longest lazy river. There is a small cafe next to the spa had better food than the buffets but the staff completely ignored us each visit. The Spa was very nice though there were tiles missing from several pools and water treatment areas which detracted from the ambiance of luxury. We had 7 people wanting to do massages and pedicures at the same time and he made that happen. Marco was the desk person that was super helpful. While we encountered a couple of staff members that were less than pleasant, the vast majority were friendly, greeting us when they passed by or asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Overall, our experience was very good lots of food, drinks, family appropriate activities, and sun. My wife and I stayed an additional week after that.
